At what project stage should the scaffolding be installed?

Scaffolding is usually installed early in the build, once the structure begins to rise and external access is required. For new builds, it may be erected in phases as the project progresses.

Will the scaffolding allow safe access for all trades?

Yes. New build scaffolding is designed to provide safe, stable access for multiple trades, including bricklayers, roofers, electricians, and cladding installers, helping work continue efficiently and safely.

Is your scaffolding compliant with UK health and safety regulations?

We can help with a wide range of projects, whether it involves urgent repairs or larger-scale renovations. We have experience working on office buildings, warehouses, retail units, schools, hospitals, industrial sites, and public-sector developments.

How far in advance should scaffolding be booked?

For new build projects, scaffolding should ideally be booked 2-4 weeks in advance to allow for site surveys, design, scheduling, and any required permits, especially on larger developments. It’s worth getting in touch earlier so we can schedule the work too.
